Toliman 22° GL Wine – Fortified Pedro Jiménez and Torontel 2026 (Portuguese method, 500 ml)

Toliman, our new fortified wine inspired by the Port tradition and the essence of our coastline. Born by the sea, this wine springs from the wish to turn our pisco grape varieties into an elixir of marked nobility, balanced sweetness and great depth.

Toliman embodies the union of Chilean character and Portuguese passion.

The concept and design of the label reflect the sunset between the hills and slopes where the grapes grow. The idea was born with [IN]VISIBLE, the Portuguese designer who has accompanied us in this challenge.

Its making recovers the heritage value of fortified wines: a process in which the expression of our pisco-tradition grapes is arrested and lifted with pisco spirit made in our own house. A harmonious meeting between coastal viticulture and the art of distillation.
